I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend. I took last week off writing because I needed a break mentally and Easter weekend is so hectic for my family. I cooked a big ham on Easter Monday and ate dinner with my daughter and mom. I highly recommend grilled cheeses with ham the next day for dinner with fried mash as a side. It’s a great way to use leftovers and my daughter loves it.
I’ve also been dealing with a lot at work recently and it has been messing with my mental health. I’m currently on the lookout for a new job and have been browsing the job boards on the regular. Wish me luck that I find something quick.
