Spring has officially sprung and I know I am late with that, but for me, spring doesn’t start until May. That’s when the sun starts shining more and blooms are blooming. Today I’m sharing my spring reading list with you all. Let me know what’s on your reading list for spring! I would love to hear from you :)
Passion Project by London Sperry - I’m currently in the midst of reading this. I’m enjoying it so far and am hoping to finish it in the next week or so. A book about a woman who hasn’t felt passionate about anything in a long time and the guy who helps her with her “passion project” to enjoy life again.
Great Big Beautiful Life by Emily Henry - Two writers compete for the chance to tell the larger-than-life story of a woman with more than a couple of plot twists up her sleeve. I’ll read anything by Emily Henry.
Say You’ll Remember Me by Abby Jiminez - A woman and man meet and have the most perfect date except she tells him to forget her and move on, but they both can’t. I’m sold.
Promise Me Sunshine by Cara Bastone - Grieving the loss of her best friend, a young woman’s life is turned upside down when she meets a grumpy stranger who swears he can help her live again. Sounds beautiful and heartbreaking. I can’t wait to pick this one up.
Wild Love (Rose Hill #1) by Elsie Silver - Billionaire who tries keeping his hands off his best friend’s little sister after hiring her for a job when she comes back to their small town. I’ve had this one on my TBR for awhile now and I’m thinking this is the season I finally read it. I’ve heard good things and seen it around a lot.
Things We Never Got Over (Knockemout #1) by Lucy Score - Bearded, bad-boy barber Knox prefers to live his life the way he takes his coffee: Alone. Unless you count his basset hound, Waylon. Knox doesn’t tolerate drama, even when it comes in the form of a stranded runaway bride. I’ve also had this one on my TBR for awhile, but after reading Romancing the Phone’s Lucy Score Deep Dive article on Substack, I pushed it up on my list.
What Happens in Amsterdam by Rachel Lynn Solomon - A woman who loses her job and gets a new one in Amsterdam. She reconnects with her high school ex-boyfriend there and marries him for a visa after her new job falls apart. Love the premise of this and sounds like one I haven’t read yet (that I can remember).
You Between the Lines by Katie Naymon - A former sorority girl starts a prestigious poetry MFA program only to discover that one of her fellow grad students is her high school crush-turned-nemesis—who can't stop writing about her. Ok, this sounds so good! I love a good enemies-to-lovers trope.
Left of Forever by Tarah DeWitt - A second-chance romance between a divorced couple who take a road trip back to their coastal town to try to give their relationship one last chance. Forced proximity and a second chance? Count me in!
Swept Away by Beth O’Leary - A one-night stand between two strangers ends with them stranded at sea together on a houseboat. Okay, such a unique premise for me that I can’t wait to read this.
